I know whats thats like, Audrey! So glad you got out of the abusive relationship.And that God gave you a wonderful man! Im still working on trusting men 100%. For now, Im happy the way things are. I have peace in my life (and lots of excitment,too!) Just found out my daughter is expecting baby #2 in July! Im proud to leave a Godly legacy for my daughter and grandkids.

I have 2 and 1/2 [lol] girls Alayna 11 [from a previous marriage] I had her when I was 20 got pregnant at 19... We got married when she was 2. Marriage only lasted about 8months. He cheated on me and was mentally and physically abusive. Thankfully I got away from that and leaned on God and made it through. I am remarried to a wonderful man, jeffery. We have a daughter together Caroline just turned 1. And I am pregnant with the 3rd girl Sydney due February 20th. The road has not always been easy but through it all I always leaned on God and knew that he would bring me through. My journey with him has been wonderful and amazing and hard at times. But learning to let go and let God has been my biggest accomplishment. Not saying I have mastered it yet but every day is a new day. I can't wait to deepen my relationship with him. I am currently looking for a church- I was going to one I absolutely loved, then the Pastor left and it wasn't the same. I have thought about going back since they have recently got a new Pastor and I have heard wonderful things about him. It's quite a drive though since we moved, so prayers God will lead me to my church home once more. I want my girls to know God the way I have always known him. There is no love like His. ♥♥♥ Hope to get to know some of you more. God bless. ♥

wow Eva Marie, my first thoughts was also hallelujah and she still believes in God. Awesome that the Lord has open a door for you to disciple these young girls. We need spiritual mothers today. God bless you sister

Its so awesome to have a site where we can support each other as sisters in Christ! I left my abusive husband in July 2007; my 21 yr. old daughter took her life in Sept. 2007( long story there, and not connected to my leaving hubby).Working full time at McDonalds (its a GREAT mission field! ) and doing bible school online to get my Bachelors. The Lord has allowed me to mentor several troubled teen girls, and have started a bible study for them in my home, under the umbrella of my church. God is so good; Im trusting Him completely and He's meeting all my needs. Ive also been blessed with a beautiful grandaughter, now 17 months old! The Lord is" restoring all the years the locust has eaten...."

Help Charliegh Suzanne Rosa-Lee Metoyer get her a scholarship !!! VOTE once a day,starting TODAY THROUGH Novembers end, ONCE A DAY PER COMPUTER ! Go to gallery at top of page, then search Charliegh in Alexandria and hit the yellow (2nd) button b4 u hit search...her pic will come up, just cast your vote and confirm through email...it takes a few minutes a day, and will cost nothing ,to insure a child's future ! PLEASE!!!! Take the time to do this for her!!!
